  • I also saw the Macaw video and was impressed with the straightforward way to design sites. I’m definitely hoping to give it a try.

    I also spotted this – http://www.webflow.com – which looks to offer the same functions as Macaw, but on the web rather than a native app.

    Haven’t yet tried Adobe Muse, but since it’s part of Adobe CC, I have it on my system. Since Muse was built by the InDesign team, it’s intended to handle a lot like InDesign, making it appealing to InDesign and print nerds like me.

    Hopefully I can find the time to redesign my site before summer is over, and it’s a high likelihood I’ll use one of these tools to get myself over the big coding humps. It seems that these are great for getting to 80%, and then we can hire a real programmer to finish off the bits and bobs.
